- On-Site Support Discount2: Elite members receive an additional 20% off on top of the standard 25% Exclusive Service discount, providing deeper savings on eligible service visits.
- Remote Network Monitoring3: Provided for Elite and VIP members. Requires a one-time $299 device purchase plus tax. This allows our team to monitor your system’s performance in real time and act proactively.
- VIP On-Site Service4: VIP members never pay for labor. On-site support is fully included as part of the membership.
- VIP Add-ons5: Includes concierge-style services such as in-person technical support for special events, personalized coordination, and elevated service access.
