During installation, we stress that no two homes are the same, and neither is the technology that goes into them. So why would we offer one-size-fits-all service plans? We’ve devised a tiered approach that helps people get the support they want. 

Exclusive Care – $59/month

This entry-level plan is for those clients who want white-glove support during business hours and is usually a good fit for smaller installations. It includes: 

  • Weekday remote advanced support (8 AM – 4 PM)

  • Access to advanced support (weekdays, availability-based)

  • Basic remote support, 8 AM – 10 PM, 7 days a week, within 60 minutes

  • 1 annual tech review

  • 24–48 hour scheduling

Elite Care – $169/month

We recommend this plan for homeowners who want quicker service and stronger coverage. With remote network monitoring and night and weekend support, you experience much less downtime. It includes: 

  • All Exclusive Care benefits

  • Faster basic remote support: response within 30 minutes

  • Same-day or 24-hour scheduling

  • 2 annual tech reviews

  • On-site service labor discount

  • Access to urgent night and weekend support (remote/on-site)*

  • Remote network monitoring

VIP Care – $999/month

This plan is for large estates and homes with comprehensive automation systems. In these tech-heavy homes, we know downtime isn’t an option so we offer a plan prioritizing quick support to resolve any issues. The plan includes: 

  • All Elite Care benefits

  • Same-day on-site visits

  • Service visit costs included

  • Priority access to advanced support

  • VIP add-ons (custom options or special services by request)
